Dr. Gereon Heinemann, Chief Executive Officer/Chief Operating Officer, Member of the Executive Board
Gereon Heinemann has extensive international experience in building and managing technology companies. In the last 10 years, he has held various board positions at Fritz Studer AG, IRPD AG and SLM Solutions Group AG, among others.
With his many years of experience in the field of additive manufacturing, Gereon Heinemann brings market experience in establishing successful business models in this growing market segment.
With his proven expertise in the development and commercialisation of additive manufacturing technologies and their industrial application, he will additionally assume the role of Chief Operating Officer.

Klaus Radakovics, Chief Financial Officer, Management Board
Klaus Radakovics has had extensive management and project experience at international banks, consultancy and auditing companies like KPMG, Synpulse and the Austrian Trade Commission in Chicago.
He therefore handles all the tasks in the financial and administration areas. He has broad experience in risk management, financial modelling and corporate valuation.
He has a master’s degree in finance and accounting from the University of St Gallen, a business management degree from Vienna University of Economics and Business and is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).
Dr Srdan Vasic, Chief Sales Officer, Management Board
Dr Srdan Vasic represents material and process technology expertise with close links to customers.
He was formerly responsible for key account management at Oerlikon Balzers Coating AG. He has also worked for Novartis, ETH and the EMPA.
He has a degree and doctorate in materials engineering.
Dr Martin Dressler, Chief Technology Officer, Management Board
Dr Dressler has had more than 15 years of research and development experience at leading material research institutes like the EMPA, the Swiss Federal Laboratories for Materials Science and Technology, or BAM, the Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing in Berlin, and IFAM, the Fraunhofer Institute for Applied Material Sciences.
He has had extensive project experience in the customer-oriented development of material and process solutions for additive manufacturing – particularly for 3D screen printing.
Dr Dressler has a doctorate in process technology. His specialities are 3D screen printing process technology, ceramic and metallic materials as well as sintering processes.
